Rules of stay in Houses & Wiata Biesiadna
By staying you agree to abide by the policy
1. Hotel night starts between 16 and 18,
2. Hotel night ends between 10 and 12,
3. Curfew is imposed between 22-6 meaning making excessive noise is prohibited,
4. Booking can be done only by a person above 18 years old,
5. Children shall be supervised by their legal protectors,
6. Damage must be reimbursed by the guest. Reimbursement depends on the damage
scope,
7. Losing the house key is fined 100PLN,
8. Animals shall be supervised at all times by their keepers,
9. Guest with animals are obligated to pay the fee (120PLN per house) to the host,
10. Guests are obligated to clean after their animals - applies to all area surrounding the houses,
11. Animals must not disturb other guests or violate the curfew,
12. Guests are obligated to reimburse any damage caused by their animals,
13. Russian banya and sauna shall only be used by a person without health contradictions on
his/her own responsibility,
14. Using Russian banya and sauna by underage is not recommended and their legal protectors
take full responsibility should they use it,
15. Host takes no responsibility for any injuries/diseases caused by improper use of
Russian banya/sauna as well as using it by a person with health contradictions and without
medical consultation,
16. Using Russian banya under influence of alcohol, drugs or any other psychoactive
substance is strictly prohibited,
17. Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited,
18. Host is not responsible for any loss/damage of property left outside of the building,
19. It is forbidden to use any narcotic substances,
20. Starting a fire/barbecue on wooden patio is strictly prohibited,
21. Party pavillon is an object of separate booking that shall be made
to the host with additional payment,
22. Not abiding by the rules may result in premature end of stay without any refund,
23. It is forbidden for people other than signed during the booking to be on the object's area,
24. Host takes no responsibility for guests vehicles' damage as well as valuables left in the room,
25. Guest accepts to use houses exclusively for acommodation purpose. It is forbidden to throw a party inside, unless agreed with the host,
26. If a guest excessively violates other guests peace and wellbeing and does not follow common cohabitation rules, his stay may be ended prematurely without any refund,
27. There is no refund if stay is shortened by guest,
28. Sauna can be used at most 3 times. After each turning on, it works for one hour,
29. Guests acommodated in twin houses or using party pavillon are not eligible to use sauna and Russian banya placed near the main house,
30. It is strictly forbidden to enter places marked as "Private" or "Prywatne",
31. Whole area is under constant CCTV surveillance,
32. The stay of a extra person increased with the cost of PLN 110/day. we provide a mattress and bedding,
33. The object does not issue an invoice.
